Blowfish

“For the wicked boasteth of his heart's desire, and blesseth the covetous, whom the LORD abhorreth.”  Psalm 10:3

There he is this pompous fool,

sitting high on boosted stool. 

Lifted high by his own decree,

he seeks to deceive you and me. 

He gathers together the weak and the small,

with boastful words he gathers them all. 

Convincing his crowd of all his might,

they fall at his feet to his delight. 

But in the end all those he deceived,

With broken hearts wished they hadn’t believed.

They put their trust in this pompous fool,

instead of God and His perfect Jewel!
