New Corn

Joshua 5:12

And the manna ceased on the morrow after they had eaten of the old corn of the land; neither had the children of Israel manna any more; but they did eat of the fruit of the land of Canaan that year.

Comment

After the LORD had fed the Children of Israel all the years of their wondering they came to the Promised Land, just in time for harvest. How wonderful and great it was, what GOD did and how He did it! Never leaving or forsaking those He loved but even in the end of His miraculous supply of food, He had “New Corn” waiting!!!
